Provide all necessary legal documentation for start-up company trading on-line relevant to the company and at minimum costs. The client appreciated that the documents he could get online were not addressing the bespoke element of its business.

SOLUTION:

Quoted fixed fees to give control of costs and security. I drafted, negotiated and finalised internet services agreements, web site terms and conditions of  sale, terms of use, privacy policy and advised in relation to the website design and development contracts together with potential issues of infringement of copyright and gave advice on trade mark registration.
