I drafted, negotiated and finalised internet services agreements, website terms, terms of use, privacy policy, copyright notice, and advised in relation to the website design, website development and hosting contracts together with potential issues of infringement of copyright and gave advice on trade mark registration, copyright rights and other intellectual property rights and data protection advice.
