SOLUTION:

First of all, I had to make sure that the other party knew that my client knew its rights and also present my client's position as strong as possible. be strong and dismissed requests for free licence. Very heated conference calls which show determination and skill. Succeeded in negotiating a reasonable patent licence that not only recognised my clients right but also provided for royalties. Obtained cross licence for my client for the claimants technology opening the field of exploitation for my client.

RESULT:

Mission accomplished. Instructed Monday evening. Licence completed by Friday afternoon. No litigation and at minimum cost.
